Binding reservation
Reservation principles:
Rules of reservation:
- Customer have to fill in the reservation form
- Consequently, a control email is sent to the email address provided by the customer in the form
- Customer must click on the activation link that is included in the control email
- Within 7 days the customer will be informed about acceptance/nonacceptance of the reservation
- As soon as the reserved product is offered for sale, the customer who reserved it will receive the information about availability by email. In the same email there will be included a web link through which the customer can open/get into the customer zone in which he/she can put the reserved products into the shopping basket and finish the valid order (this order will be consequently processed by the Mint). This step is obligatory and necessary in order to process the order correctly and deliver the ordered products to customer
- The customer is obliged to finish the order within 7 days after reception of the info email. If he/she do not make this, we cannot guarantee the validity of the order and the reservation is considered as invalid
Rules of reservation:
- The reservation made by online reservation form as well as the number of pieces reserved is binding. The personal data of a customer provided in reservation form must be correct, including the email address.
- If the customer makes an additional reservation of other product, it is necessary to use the same email address as he/she had made in previous reservations. Based on this the product is correctly added to your reservation.
- Reservation is valid only after the acceptance by Kremnica Mint (acceptance will be generated/delivered to customer's email address)
- Kremnica Mint reserves the right to reject and not to accept the reservation in the case the maximum limit of product pieces assigned for reservation is reached.
- In the case of unpredictable circumstances that lead to decreased mintage of a product, or cancel of production, Kremnica Mint has the right to limit/decrease the number or reserved pieces of a customer proportionately, or cancel the reservation.
- The minimum postal fee (delivery of 1 and more pieces of product in package) differs according to countries:
CZ, AT, HU, SI, RO 8.50 € BE, BG, DE, CH, LI, LU, NL, PL 12.00 € DK, FR, IE, IT, UK 16.80 € Other countries 18.00 €
