|On the obverse of the commemorative 200-crown coin, a sitting mother with a child in her arms from Mikuláš Galanda's work The Mother, is shown in the middle of the field between two diagonal lines. The state shield of the Slovak Republic is placed to the left of the sitting mother at the top. The date of issue 1995 is placed to the right of the sitting mother above the foot of the child. Below it, on the lower edge of the field are the initials of the designer of the coin.|
On the reverse of the 200-crown coin, a three-quarter profile of Mikuláš Galanda is depicted between two diagonal lines. The date of birth and death: 1895 - 1938, runs from left to right in parallel above the upper diagonal line, and the surname : Galanda, as a facsimile signature is placed from left to right below the lower diagonal line. The denomination 200 Sk is found on two lines in the lower right part of the field.
