I hereby give notice that I am withdrawing from the distance contract pursuant to Sections 19 and 20(1) of Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on Consumer Protection and on Amendments and Supplements to Certain Acts.

You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receipt of the goods. For this purpose, you may use the model withdrawal form that we provided or sent to you, although its use is not mandatory. The withdrawal period is met if you send the notification regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Upon withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all payments made by you in connection with the conclusion of the contract, including the costs of delivering the goods to you. This does not apply to additional costs incurred if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us. Payments will be refunded to you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from the contract. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back at our address or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first. Please send the goods back to our address no later than 14 days from the date you exercised your right of withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period expires or if you provide proof that you dispatched the goods within that period. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The returned goods must show no signs of use or wear and must be in their original, undamaged packaging, including all original accessories. If the returned goods are incomplete or damaged, we may require compensation for the reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling that went beyond what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
