The series of 24 gold medals presents a selection of Slovak municipalities located along the routes of six official wine regions in Slovakia.

The medals feature a total of 24 municipalities — four interesting and characteristic locations from each wine road. The series thus offers an overview of important places associated with the winemaking tradition of the individual regions.

- Nitrianska Wine Route
- South Slovak Wine Route
- Central Slovak Wine Route
- Tokaj Wine Route
- East Slovak Wine Route
