The series consist of 24 medals, on which will gradually show 24 Slovak towns, that are located on the route of six official wine routes in Slovakia: Malocarphatia wine route, Royal Nitra wine route, Zahorie wine route, Hont wine route, Tokaj wine route a Požitavská wine route. From every route we have chose 4 interesting towns that will be displayed on medals.
